As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in ensuring all products meet stringent specifications and regulatory requirements before reaching our valued customers. You will collaborate closely with production, warehouse, and supply chain teams to identify defects, implement robust corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Document and report non-conformances, defects, and quality issues promptly and accurately using established quality systems.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify the root causes of quality problems and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor and maintain quality control documentation, including inspection reports, checklists, and test records, ensuring full traceability and compliance.
- Perform routine testing and measurements using calibrated equipment, verifying product dimensions, weight, and integrity.
- Assist in the development and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions related to quality control.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies within the warehouse and manufacturing floor.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Food Technology, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role, ideally within a manufacturing or logistics setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to inspecting products and processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Workspace) and quality management software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and management.
- Willing to work in Pajo, Bulacan and flexible to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
- Knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
