Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily site inspections to verify strict compliance with approved blueprints, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor incoming materials and equipment to ensure they meet all quality requirements before use.
- Document inspection findings, including non-conformance reports (NCRs), and report deviations to the Project Manager immediately.
- Collaborate with site engineers and contractors to identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective corrective actions.
- Enforce safety and quality protocols during all construction and manufacturing phases to prevent errors.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all quality control activities, test results, and compliance reports.
- Assist in the preparation of quality assurance documentation and final project handover reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a Quality Control role, preferably within construction or manufacturing.
- Strong working knowledge of quality control standards, ISO procedures, and local building codes.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license is a significant advantage.
- Must be willing to work in General Trias, Cavite and report on-site regularly.
