Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards.
- Document and report any product defects, deviations, or non-conformities immediately to the Quality Assurance Manager.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to minimize waste, reduce rework, and improve overall production efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with the production and logistics teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all safety regulations, environmental standards, and compliance requirements are strictly followed during inspection processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality check results, test reports, and corrective actions taken.
- Assist in the training of new staff on quality standards and inspection techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in quality control or a similar role within the manufacturing or transport & logistics sector.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify minor defects that others might overlook.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and inspection tools is highly desirable.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Valid Forging or Manufacturing Safety Certificate (where applicable).
