Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive quality inspections and testing on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Analyze production data and quality metrics to identify trends, defects, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Development and R&D teams to optimize product designs and enhance manufacturability.
- Implement and maintain effective quality control systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Investigate root causes of product non-conformities and develop corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation regarding quality audits, test results, and corrective actions.
- Train production staff on quality standards and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in Quality Control or Product Development within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (such as ISO 9001) and testing methodologies.
- Proficient in using statistical analysis tools, quality inspection equipment, and computer applications (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
