LMTP Corporation, a leading player in the high-precision manufacturing industry, is looking to hire a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Dimension Inspector to join our dynamic production facility in Calamba City, Laguna. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all manufactured plastic injection molded parts meet strict dimensional, structural, and cosmetic specifications before they are released to our clients.
As a QC Dimension Inspector, you will perform high-precision measurements, interpret technical blueprints, and evaluate structural features to guarantee product consistency, accuracy, and adherence to international quality standards. Working closely with the production, tooling, and engineering departments, you will help identify defects, analyze root causes of deviations, and maintain the outstanding quality reputation of LMTP Corporation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precise dimensional inspection of plastic injection molded parts according to approved specifications.
- Operate and maintain specialized quality control laboratory equipment, including Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, dial indicators, and profile projectors.
- Compare physically measured dimensions against technical blueprints, engineering 2D drawings, and CAD models.
- Accurately document, file, and report daily inspection results in quality databases and physical control sheets.
- Identify, label, and isolate non-conforming or defective products to prevent accidental shipment.
- Collaborate with production and mold-maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve repeating dimensional issues.
- Ensure clean and safe operations by complying with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standards.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma, or Associate's/College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electronics) or related technical field.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven working experience in Quality Control/Assurance within a plastics or electronics manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting complex engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Hands-on experience with precision dimensional measurement tools (smart scope, micrometer, caliper, and dial gauges).
- Excellent attention to detail with an analytical mindset for identifying surface and dimensional anomalies.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule and perform overtime tasks in Calamba City, Laguna when necessary.
