Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming goods from subcontractors to verify compliance with quality specifications and standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control records, including inspection reports, non-conformance logs, and corrective action documentation.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective resolutions.
- Perform periodic audits of subcontractor facilities and processes to ensure adherence to quality management systems.
- Develop and refine quality control procedures and inspection checklists to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Monitor quality performance metrics, analyze trends, and prepare reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant regulatory standards, participating in internal and external audits as needed.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality requirements and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, root cause analysis).
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality management system documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality inspection tools/software.
