Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for precision and manufacturing excellence? Manew Lighting Technology Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a dedicated Quality Control (QC) Inspector to join our growing team in Senawang. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our high standards of product excellence, ensuring that every lighting component that leaves our facility meets our strict quality benchmarks and safety regulations.
As part of our QC team, you will be on the front lines of production, monitoring manufacturing processes and performing rigorous inspections to identify defects before they reach the customer. We are looking for an individual who is methodical, observant, and committed to upholding the reputation of our brand through diligent product testing and documentation.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform visual and mechanical inspections on lighting components to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- Monitor production lines to ensure processes are being followed according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Document inspection results, non-conformance reports, and testing data accurately.
- Operate measurement tools and testing equipment effectively.
- Identify, isolate, and report any defects or irregularities found during the assembly process.
- Collaborate with production supervisors to implement corrective actions for quality issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with safety and 5S standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a QC or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, gauges).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot minor imperfections.
- Good communication skills in Malay and English.
- Ability to work shift rotations if required.
- Basic knowledge of ISO quality management standards is an added advantage.
