Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic inspection of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished lighting products.
- Ensure compliance with international quality standards and internal company SOPs.
- Utilize precision measuring tools and inspection equipment to verify product specifications.
- Document and report all quality findings, including non-conformance issues, to the Production Manager.
- Participate in root cause analysis for defect reduction and process optimization.
- Monitor production lines to ensure consistent quality output and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain organized records of inspection logs and test results for audit purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a Quality Control or Manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and product specifications.
- Proficiency in using basic QC tools such as calipers, micrometers, and multi-meters.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required by production demands.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and report generation.
