Bluespot Industries is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Intern to join our dynamic production team in Klang/Port Klang. This internship offers an invaluable opportunity to gain hands-on training, structured mentorship, and practical engineering/manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment.
As a QC Intern, you will work closely with our experienced Quality Assurance team to ensure that our products meet the highest industry standards. You will be actively involved in daily inspections, compliance testing, quality reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This role is designed to transition your academic knowledge into professional expertise, preparing you for a successful career in the manufacturing sector.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in conducting daily quality inspections on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
- Perform physical and chemical measurements using standardized QC instruments and tools.
- Document inspection results, compile daily quality data, and maintain accurate records.
- Identify, log, and report product defects or process deviations to the QC Supervisor immediately.
- Participate in root-cause analysis and troubleshooting of production quality issues.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and 5S standards on the production floor.
- Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely release of compliant products.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- Basic theoretical understanding of Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) principles.
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and data entry.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proactive attitude, eager to learn, and capable of working in a collaborative team environment.
- Willing to be based daily at our facility in Klang/Port Klang.
