Flexmodus is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Intern to join our dynamic production team in Melaka. This internship offers a stellar opportunity to gain hands-on, real-world experience in quality management systems and industrial operations.
As an intern in our Quality Department, you will work closely with seasoned Quality Assurance and Production Engineers. You will not just observe, but actively participate in ensuring our products maintain the highest standards of excellence and safety. From incoming materials inspection to final product sign-offs, you will acquire a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end QC workflows.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist QA/QC engineers in carrying out daily inspections of raw materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products.
- Help compile, update, and maintain precise quality control documentation, test reports, and inspection logs.
- Support the team in running root-cause analysis investigations for any product or process non-conformances.
- Participate in internal quality audits and support the implementation of 5S and continuous improvement methodologies on the shop floor.
- Observe and monitor production line processes to ensure alignment with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional manufacturing and engineering teams to help address quality assurance bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Chemical, or equivalent).
- Strong foundational understanding of quality control concepts, manufacturing processes, or engineering metrology.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities.
- Proficiency in standard computer applications, especially Microsoft Excel for data logging and basic analysis.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and comfort working in a manufacturing plant environment.
- Available for an internship period of 3 to 6 months.
