We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Officer to join our manufacturing facility in Serendah. In this pivotal role, you will be the guardian of our product excellence, ensuring that every item leaving our production line adheres to the highest standards of food safety and strict Halal compliance.

You will be responsible for conducting rigorous inspections, managing documentation, and fostering a culture of quality across the factory floor. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic quality inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
- Ensure full adherence to Halal assurance protocols and internal quality management systems.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including QC logs, inspection reports, and Halal audit trails.
- Perform regular walkthroughs of the production area to identify potential contamination or safety risks.
- Coordinate with the production team to address quality deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor compliance with local food safety regulations and industry standards.
- Assist in the preparation and support of periodic internal and external Halal audits.
- Manage non-conforming products and oversee the segregation or disposal process according to company policy.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role within the food manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Halal requirements, standards, and certification processes (JAKIM guidelines).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret technical quality data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) for report generation and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain professional relationships with production staff.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to strict deadlines.
