Are you detail-oriented and passionate about maintaining high standards in manufacturing? PT Star Jaya Lestari is seeking a dedicated Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) Staff to join our production team in Cikande, Banten. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that every product leaving our facility meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
We are looking for a proactive individual who can inspect, test, and control production processes to minimize errors and defects. You will work closely with production supervisors to identify areas for improvement and implement effective quality control measures. Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting rigorous quality inspections on raw materials, semi-finished goods, and final products.
- Monitoring production lines to identify deviations from quality standards and safety protocols.
- Maintaining detailed records of inspection results, test data, and non-conformance reports.
- Collaborating with the production team to investigate root causes of defects and implement corrective actions.
- Ensuring compliance with internal quality policies and relevant industry regulations.
- Training junior staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or logistics is preferred.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies (e.g., ISO standards).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
