Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular quality inspections at construction sites to verify compliance with specifications and standards
- Develop and implement quality control procedures for materials, equipment, and construction processes
- Perform material testing and quality audits using industry-standard equipment and methodologies
- Document quality reports, non-conformities, and corrective action plans
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to resolve quality issues
- Monitor supplier performance and material quality throughout the supply chain
- Ensure adherence to local regulations (SNI), ISO standards, and company quality policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QC/QA roles within construction or property development
- Proficiency in quality testing methodologies and inspection techniques
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian national standards (SNI) and international quality frameworks
- Certification in quality management systems (ISO 9001) is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience with quality management software and documentation systems
