We are currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated Quality Control (QC) Specialist to join our production team in Yogyakarta.
As our Quality Control Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our exquisite handicraft and furniture products meet the highest industry standards before they reach our premium clientele. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct rigorous inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure adherence to technical specifications.
- Monitor production lines to identify deviations from quality standards and provide immediate feedback to the production team.
- Perform detailed checks on furniture finishings, handicraft materials, and accessory durability.
- Document all quality audit findings, maintain detailed reports, and track defect rates over time.
- Collaborate with production supervisors to implement corrective actions and improve overall manufacturing efficiency.
- Ensure that all outgoing products meet the aesthetic and functional requirements of luxury hotel projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized inspection area in accordance with safety and quality protocols.
- Participate in regular quality review meetings to propose process enhancements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; technical or vocational background is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in quality control, inspection, or manufacturing within the furniture or handicraft industry is a strong advantage.
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle visual or structural defects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintaining standards.
- Proficiency in basic computer tools for reporting and data entry.
- Good communication skills, capable of providing constructive feedback to production staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
