Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct rigorous inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished chemical products.
- Implement and maintain strict quality control protocols to ensure compliance with company and industry safety standards.
- Document all testing results and quality audits accurately, maintaining up-to-date records for regulatory compliance.
- Identify, document, and report any non-conformities or deviations from established quality standards to the management team.
- Collaborate with production staff to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor laboratory equipment performance and coordinate calibration or maintenance as necessary.
- Support internal and external audit processes to ensure operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related science field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a quality control or laboratory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of chemical safety protocols, handling procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and laboratory documentation software.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical findings clearly.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and capable of managing multiple priorities under deadlines.
