Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials and finished battery components to ensure strict compliance with quality specifications.
- Analyze test results and quality data to identify trends, variances, or potential production issues early in the process.
- Operate and maintain quality control equipment, gauges, and testing tools to ensure accuracy and safety.
- Document all inspection findings, non-conformities, and corrective actions accurately in the quality management system.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to troubleshoot defects and implement effective corrective actions.
- Monitor inventory of quality control supplies and report any shortages to management promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in quality control or a similar role within the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect even minor defects or inconsistencies.
- Good understanding of quality management principles, ISO standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Basic computer literacy for data entry, report generation, and using quality software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and adhere to safety regulations.
