Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Perform laboratory tests and evaluations to verify quality parameters
- Document quality control results and maintain accurate records
- Investigate quality deviations and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO, and food safety regulations
- Calibrate and maintain quality control equipment and instruments
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Participate in internal and external quality audits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control or food manufacturing
- Certification in HACCP or ISO 22000 preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in quality testing methods and equipment operation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail with strong documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
