Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished food products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform regular sensory and physical testing on batches to ensure consistency in taste, texture, and appearance.
- Maintain precise documentation of all inspections, test results, and compliance audits for regulatory reporting.
- Identify, document, and report any non-conformities or deviations from established safety and quality protocols.
- Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
- Monitor sanitation practices and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety regulations.
- Assist in the calibration and maintenance of laboratory and testing equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP, GMP, and ISO certifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management documentation software.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and handle shifting priorities.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with production staff and management.
