Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic inspections of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Document and report all findings, including non-conformities and quality deviations, to the management team.
- Perform regular calibration of testing equipment and maintain accurate inspection records.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement effective root cause analysis.
- Monitor production lines to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in the continuous improvement of quality control protocols to reduce waste and enhance efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff regarding quality benchmarks and safety compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify complex quality issues and suggest actionable solutions.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring tools and inspection software.
- Solid understanding of ISO standards and manufacturing safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to document reports clearly and accurately.
- Ability to work effectively in a full-time capacity with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Relevant certification in Quality Management or related technical field is considered a strong plus.
