Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and document all inbound inventory shipments for accuracy and quality compliance
- Conduct systematic cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Manage and update stock records in real-time inventory management systems
- Generate detailed monthly inventory and quality performance reports
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
- Collaborate with kitchen teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and hygiene protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in quality control or inventory management within hospitality/food service
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced central kitchen environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in supply chain management preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
