Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor and record inventory movements including inbound goods, outbound deliveries, and stock levels
  • Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure physical inventory matches system records
  • Verify product quality and freshness upon receipt and during storage
  • Prepare and submit monthly inventory reports with variance analysis
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures for central kitchen operations
  • Collaborate with procurement and kitchen teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification in inventory management preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse, inventory, or food production quality control
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and basic MS Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical accuracy
  • Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP) and hygiene protocols
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
