Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate collection activities to ensure compliance with company policies and OJK regulations
- Identify and report discrepancies or irregularities in collection processes
- Analyze collection data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Conduct regular audits of collection records and documentation
- Collaborate with collections team to implement quality improvement initiatives
- Train collection staff on quality control procedures and best practices
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and findings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in collections, credit risk, or quality control
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with OJK regulations and P2P lending industry standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
