Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic inspections of incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify, document, and report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues promptly to the operations team.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation of all quality control checks and findings.
- Perform regular audits of storage areas to ensure proper handling and inventory maintenance protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to implement corrective actions when quality non-conformances are detected.
- Ensure all logistics operations comply with relevant safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide detailed reports to management regarding quality trends and potential areas for operational improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in quality control, logistics, or warehouse operations is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle deviations from standard procedures.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management software.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced logistics environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively report findings and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
