Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine quality inspections and product testing to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Document quality control results using standardized reporting systems
- Identify and report quality issues to production teams for immediate resolution
- Assist in implementing quality improvement initiatives and process optimization
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns
- Participate in training programs to enhance quality control methodologies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or technical certification in relevant field
- 1-2 years of experience in quality control or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with quality control tools and inspection techniques
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of ISO quality management systems preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for documentation
