Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive quality inspections on steel materials and construction components
- Develop and implement quality control plans for civil engineering projects
- Perform non-destructive testing and material verification procedures
- Document findings and prepare detailed inspection reports
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and project specifications
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Train site personnel on quality control protocols and best practices
- Monitor vendor compliance and supplier quality assurance processes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control for civil or steel construction
- Strong knowledge of steel fabrication processes and material testing standards
- Certification in quality control methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, ASME)
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and engineering specifications
- Experience with quality control software and documentation systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
