- Coordinate and monitor all repair works to ensure compliance with quality standards and project timelines.
- Review and verify contractor billings, ensuring accuracy and alignment with completed works.
- Conduct regular inspections of ongoing and completed repair works to identify defects or non-conformities.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, inspection findings, and contractor performance.
- Collaborate with contractors and internal teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality control activities and contractor billings.
- Assist in developing and updating quality control procedures and checklists.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality control, construction, or property management is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Knowledge of quality standards, inspection techniques, and documentation best practices.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
