Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular in-process and final product inspections to ensure strict adherence to quality standards.
- Perform sensory and laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of test results, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.
- Monitor production lines to identify quality deviations and recommend immediate corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Assist in the calibration and maintenance of quality control testing instruments.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Food Technology, Quality Control, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance or food manufacturing is preferred.
- Familiarity with HACCP, ISO 22000, or FSSC 22000 standards is a strong advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to detect even minor defects.
- Basic knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and equipment operation.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to write clear inspection reports.
