In this role, you will play a critical part in upholding our high-quality standards by ensuring every product meets our rigorous specifications before it leaves our facility.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end inspection and packaging process, ensuring that only top-tier products reach our customers. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- Perform precise packaging operations to protect product integrity during transport and delivery.
- Utilize advanced QC tools and machinery, including CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) and Cimcore systems.
- Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed quality control records.
- Identify, isolate, and report any defects or non-conformance issues to the production supervisor.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure on-time delivery of quality-approved products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the QC and packing area.
Kualifikasi
- Educational background in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, quality control, or production line role is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle product defects.
- Willingness to learn and operate technical measurement equipment (CMM, Cimcore, etc.).
- Basic proficiency in reading technical drawings and measurement documentation.
- Able to work efficiently under minimal supervision while meeting production deadlines.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Balintawak, Metro Manila.
