Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections on raw materials and finished goods to ensure they meet established quality standards.
- Monitor production processes to identify defects, deviations, or inconsistencies in real-time.
- Document and report all non-conformances, quality issues, and corrective actions accurately.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and industry regulations during inspections.
- Conduct random sampling and statistical quality control analysis where required.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational Diploma in Technical or Industrial Arts.
- Previous experience in quality control, manufacturing, or logistics is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect subtle defects.
- Basic understanding of quality assurance processes and ISO standards is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts or overtime as needed.
