- Conduct thorough inspections of milling operations to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Investigate root causes of product defects and non-conformities

- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions
- Monitor quality metrics and report trends to quality assurance leadership

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in engineering or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in quality control or manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills with ability to investigate technical defects
- Knowledge of quality control methodologies and standards (ISO 9001 preferred)
- Proficiency in documenting quality reports and maintaining inspection records
- Excellent communication skills for effective feedback delivery
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
