Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily quality audits on desk collection transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
- Monitor adherence to collection protocols and escalate non-compliance issues to management
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and process improvement opportunities
- Prepare detailed quality reports with actionable recommendations for process optimization
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Train staff on updated quality control procedures and compliance requirements
- Support internal audits and maintain comprehensive documentation of quality control activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in quality control, operations, or collections within banking/financial services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills for data analysis
- Strong attention to detail with ability to identify discrepancies in financial documentation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach to risk mitigation
- Effective communication skills for collaborating across departments
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations (OJK) preferred
