We are currently seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Hermosa, Bataan and play a pivotal role in upholding our reputation for excellence.
In this leadership role, you will oversee all quality assurance activities across our production lines, ensuring that every product meets stringent industry standards and customer expectations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing inspection protocols, managing a team of QC inspectors, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product reliability and operational efficiency.
Working closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams, you will identify root causes of defects, enforce corrective actions, and maintain comprehensive documentation in line with ISO 9001 requirements. Your expertise will help us sustain compliance, reduce waste, and support our commitment to delivering topâtier sports gear.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain QC procedures and inspection standards in compliance with ISO 9001.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule the QC inspection team to ensure consistent coverage across all production shifts.
- Conduct regular audits, rootâcause analysis, and corrective action planning for nonâconforming products.
- Collaborate with production and engineering to integrate quality checkpoints into manufacturing workflows.
- Prepare detailed quality reports, KPI dashboards, and management summaries for senior leadership.
- Train staff on quality standards, test methods, and documentation practices.
- Monitor supplier quality and participate in incoming material inspections.
- Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3â5 years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment, preferably in sports equipment or consumer goods.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other relevant quality standards.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team of inspectors and technicians.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical process control (SPC) tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Filipino language is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP or QMS software is advantageous.
- Detailâoriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
