Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily quality control activities in the manufacturing process
- Implement and maintain quality standards and procedures according to company specifications
- Train and mentor quality control staff on inspection techniques and quality standards
- Conduct regular audits of production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Prepare and maintain quality control reports and documentation
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum age of 18 years old
- Fluent Mandarin communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Prior experience in quality control or manufacturing supervision preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with quality control tools and methodologies
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
- Knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes is an advantage
