Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily quality control operations for fruit grading (Grade A, B, C)
- Monitor worker performance and ensure achievement of daily production targets
- Conduct systematic quality inspections and maintain accurate documentation
- Implement corrective actions for quality deviations and process inefficiencies
- Train staff on quality standards and safety protocols
- Coordinate with production teams to maintain workflow efficiency
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years' experience in quality control supervision, preferably in food/agriculture
- Expert knowledge of fruit grading standards (Grade A, B, C)
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience
- Proficiency in quality control documentation systems
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced manufacturing environments
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- SPM or equivalent qualification; Diploma in Food Science preferred
