Join Wilmar as a Quality Control Supervisor and lead critical quality assurance initiatives in our food manufacturing operations. You'll oversee laboratory quality systems, ensuring rigorous testing protocols, regulatory compliance, and corrective action implementation to maintain product safety and excellence. This role involves managing quality control teams, conducting audits, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across production processes. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, optimize testing methodologies, and implement HACCP/ISO standards. With a focus on food safety and operational efficiency, you'll drive initiatives that minimize waste, reduce costs, and exceed customer expectations in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee laboratory operations to ensure accurate testing and analysis of raw materials and finished products
- Implement and maintain quality control systems compliant with HACCP, ISO 22000, and FDA standards
- Lead investigations into quality deviations and drive corrective action plans
- Train and supervise QC staff on protocols, equipment operation, and safety procedures
- Conduct internal audits and prepare reports for management review
- Collaborate with production and R&D teams to resolve quality issues
- Ensure calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment
- Monitor regulatory changes and update quality procedures accordingly
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in food quality control or laboratory management
- Certification in HACCP, ISO 22000, or GMP preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards
- Experience with laboratory testing methodologies and equipment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership ability in manufacturing environments
- Proficient in MS Office and quality management software
