Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine quality control tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment (spectrophotometers, pH meters, etc.)
- Document test results and maintain accurate quality records
- Identify and report quality deviations to production supervisors
- Conduct calibration and verification of testing instruments
- Implement corrective actions for quality non-conformities
- Ensure compliance with ISO and GMP standards
- Train junior staff on quality control procedures
Kualifikasi
- BS Chemistry, Food Technology, or related technical field
- 1-2 years experience in quality control or laboratory testing
- Proficiency in laboratory equipment operation and calibration
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and GMP standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines
- Valid laboratory safety certifications preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software
