As a Quality Control Technician, you will be at the forefront of our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for meticulously monitoring process performance, conducting root-cause analysis on defects, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to implement corrective actions. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes to ensure strict adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Perform regular inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to identify non-conformities.
- Collect, track, and analyze quality data to identify trends and process improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with production and engineering departments to troubleshoot product issues and implement preventive measures.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality testing results, audit findings, and inspection reports.
- Assist in the calibration and maintenance of laboratory and testing equipment.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits to ensure organizational compliance with ISO and company standards.
- Support lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste and improve overall production efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of QC inspection tools, techniques, and methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., MS Excel, Minitab) and ERP systems.
- Solid understanding of ISO 9001 standards and statistical process control (SPC).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to rotating shifts if required.
