Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and non-routine quality inspections on products, materials, and installation processes to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Document inspection findings accurately and report any deviations, non-conformities, or quality issues to the Quality Manager immediately.
- Assist in the calibration, maintenance, and verification of testing and measurement equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct root cause analysis for identified quality issues and participate in the development and implementation of corrective action plans.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal quality standards, ISO procedures, and customer technical requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date quality records, logs, and inspection reports.
- Support site quality activities, including internal audits, incoming material inspections, and final acceptance testing.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, Quality Control, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a quality control or manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of quality assurance principles, inspection techniques, and testing procedures.
- Proficiency in using precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and inspection software.
- Ability to read, interpret, and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
