Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of finished goods and raw materials to ensure they meet strict quality specifications and industry standards.
- Operate and maintain inspection equipment and tools to ensure accurate and consistent measurement results.
- Document inspection findings, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans in a timely and accurate manner.
- Identify root causes of quality issues and collaborate with the production team to implement effective solutions.
- Monitor production processes to proactively detect deviations and prevent defects before they occur.
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations, ISO standards, and company quality policies.
- Train and assist new staff members on proper quality control procedures and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent technical certification/diploma.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or logistics QC environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect even minor defects or irregularities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using ERP or data logging software.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced industrial setting.
- Valid Work Permit (if applicable) or Singaporean/Permanent Resident status.
