Atlantic Grains Inc. is a leading player in the agricultural and food processing industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality grain products to our clients. We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Controller to join our dynamic team in Makiling, Laguna.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products consistently meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will oversee the entire production process, from raw material inspection to final product release, ensuring that our operations adhere to strict food safety protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming raw materials and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Monitor production processes to identify and rectify any deviations from standard operating procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality control tests, inspection reports, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the production and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues and implement continuous improvement.
- Ensure all safety and hygiene protocols (HACCP, ISO standards) are strictly followed within the facility.
- Calibrate testing equipment regularly to ensure accuracy of measurements.
- Train staff on quality standards and best practices to foster a culture of excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Agriculture, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing, preferably in the food/grains industry.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 9001, and other quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
