Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure compliance with company specifications and industry standards.
- Monitor production processes and identify defects or deviations to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date quality control logs, test results, and documentation records.
- Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot quality issues and improve manufacturing workflows.
- Train and guide production staff on proper quality control procedures, safety protocols, and quality expectations.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to quality management systems and ISO standards.
- Report quality performance metrics and potential risks to management for strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Quality Controller or Quality Assurance Specialist within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles, statistical process control, and ISO standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify root causes of quality issues.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools, testing equipment, and quality control software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
