Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for maintaining high standards? Alesund Trading OPC is looking for a skilled Quality Coordinator to lead our quality assurance initiatives. In this critical role, you will be the guardian of our product excellence, overseeing all QA activities to ensure our operations meet rigorous industry benchmarks. You will conduct comprehensive inspections of incoming shipments and finished goods, meticulously documenting inspection results to maintain full traceability and audit readiness. Beyond inspections, you will play a key role in analyzing quality data to identify root causes of defects and implementing robust corrective actions that drive continuous process improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teamsâincluding production, logistics, and supply chainâto resolve quality issues efficiently and ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Additionally, you will assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance overall operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily QA operations and ensure strict adherence to quality control protocols and standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, semi-finished products, and final outputs to ensure specifications are met.
- Analyze quality data and inspection reports to identify trends, defects, and areas for improvement.
- Document non-conformance reports (NCRs) and coordinate with production teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence of defects.
- Ensure full compliance with ISO standards, internal quality policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with logistics and transport departments to maintain quality during the shipping process.
- Maintain accurate records of all quality activities, inspections, and corrective actions taken.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in a Quality Assurance or Manufacturing role.
- Strong understanding of quality control tools, methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, SPC), and ISO standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and quality management software systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward maintaining high-quality standards.
