Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality management strategies aligned with industry standards (ISO 9001, Six Sigma)
- Lead cross-functional quality teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee product inspection processes and vendor quality assurance programs
- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality deviations
- Ensure compliance with international quality regulations and customer requirements
- Manage quality metrics and reporting systems for data-driven decision making
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to integrate quality into product development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in quality management with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Proven track record in implementing quality management systems in manufacturing
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical process control
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and other automotive quality standards
