Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) compliant with ISO 9001 and AS9100 aerospace standards.
- Lead Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs to ensure full regulatory compliance and maintain a zero-accident workplace.
- Conduct internal and supplier audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee the investigation of quality deviations and safety incidents to implement effective root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Manage risk assessments and ensure all engineering processes adhere to strict safety protocols.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and maintain high production standards.
- Train staff on quality procedures, safety regulations, and best practices in the aerospace sector.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Quality and EHS roles within the Aerospace or Manufacturing industry.
- Strong working knowledge of AS9100 (Rev D) and ISO 9001/14001 standards.
- Proven track record of leading safety audits and implementing comprehensive safety management systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-regulation environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and lead diverse teams.
