- Develop and maintain comprehensive quality control systems for SMT products
- Conduct inspections, audits, and testing to ensure compliance with customer standards
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues efficiently
- Document quality processes and maintain accurate records
- Train staff on quality standards and best practices
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in quality assurance/engineering
- Strong knowledge of SMT manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
- Proficiency in quality tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and documentation skills
