Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and maintain quality management systems (QMS) compliant with ISO 9001 and industry standards
- Conduct regular quality audits, inspections, and statistical process control (SPC) analysis
- Develop quality control procedures, documentation, and training materials for production staff
- Investigate product non-conformities, root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and supply chain teams for quality improvement initiatives
- Monitor supplier quality performance and conduct supplier audits
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in quality engineering within manufacturing/logistics
- ISO 9001 auditor certification or equivalent quality management qualification
- Proficiency in quality tools (FMEA, 8D, SPC, MSA) and quality management software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret technical specifications and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder reporting
