ICHOR Systems is a global leader in advanced fluid delivery subsystems for the semiconductor industry. We are currently seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to join our team located in Singapore's North Region. This role is vital to ensuring the highest level of product quality, reliability, and performance.
The Quality Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative test hardware and software frameworks. You will develop comprehensive test strategies, execute validation protocols, and analyze complex data sets to drive continuous improvement. As a key member of the Quality team, you will collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain departments to resolve quality issues, implement root cause analysis, and prevent recurrence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive test hardware and software solutions to validate product functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Develop and execute detailed test plans and protocols based on product specifications and engineering requirements.
- Analyze test data to identify trends, root causes of failures, and areas for product or process improvement.
- Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to drive quality throughout the product lifecycle.
- Manage non-conforming materials, lead root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support the development and maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and procedures.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on manufacturability and testability from a quality perspective.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment (semiconductor or electronics industry preferred).
- Proven experience in designing and implementing test hardware and software.
- Strong knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and CAPA methodologies.
- Proficiency with measurement tools (CMM, calipers, micrometers) and quality systems (ISO 9001).
- Experience with Quality Core Tools (APQP, PFMEA, PPAP, MSA) is highly advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is a plus.
