Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures to ensure product compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze production processes to identify areas for quality improvement and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities, test results, and corrective actions.
- Train and mentor team members on quality standards and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest quality control methodologies and industry regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Quality Engineer (SQE) certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools.
