Join Accion Labs as a Quality Engineer and ensure the highest standards of excellence in our manufacturing and logistics operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with at least 3 years of experience to drive quality initiatives and maintain compliance with industry regulations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee quality control systems, conduct rigorous inspections, and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance product reliability and operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of defects, develop corrective action plans (CAPA), and ensure customer satisfaction through superior quality assurance practices. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans and inspection procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes and finished goods.
- Analyze production data and statistical reports to identify trends, root causes, and areas for process improvement.
- Lead and manage Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure strict compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality policies.
- Train production staff on quality standards, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve technical quality issues.
- Monitor supplier quality to ensure raw materials meet company specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing or transport & logistics environment.
- In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data, charts, and reports.
- Proficiency in quality control tools, methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, SPC), and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
