Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive quality inspections and tests on products and manufacturing processes
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation
- Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, Six Sigma) and company policies
- Train staff on quality standards and best practices
- Monitor supplier quality and conduct supplier audits
- Report quality metrics and recommend process enhancements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in quality engineering or manufacturing quality control
- Strong knowledge of quality methodologies (SPC, FMEA, 8D)
- Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- ISO 9001 or Six Sigma certification preferred
- Attention to detail and strong documentation abilities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
